Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from Vynox Store (vynoxstore.com), operated by Vynox Store Pty Ltd, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars for Australian customers and US dollars for US customers, inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay (Australia). An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Shipping and delivery

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy and, for Australian customers, the Australian Consumer Law.

Products

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur. Please follow the usage instructions supplied with each product.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vynox Store is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or applicable US consumer protection laws.
