When We Accept Returns
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item does not match the product description on our website
- The wrong item was sent to you
- The item is not fit for its intended purpose as described

When We Do Not Accept Returns
- Change of mind or personal preference
- The item was damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect
- You were aware of the fault before purchasing
- The item has been used and is not in its original condition

How to Request a Return
Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order at support@vynoxstore.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video of the defective or incorrect item

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Vynox Store.

Australian Customers — Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

US Customers
For customers in the United States, our returns policy is governed by the terms outlined above.
