Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Vynox purchase. Please read this policy before ordering.

When we accept returns

You can return an item within 14 business days of receiving it if:

it arrived damaged or faulty
it does not match the description on our website
you received the wrong item
it is not fit for the purpose described

When we do not accept returns

change of mind or personal preference
damage caused by misuse, improper use or neglect
items that have been used and are no longer in original condition (unless faulty)

How to request a return

Email support@vynoxstore.com within 14 business days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue and a photo or video. We reply within 2 business days. For faulty or incorrect items we cover return shipping, or in many cases send a replacement without requiring the item back.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Australian customers

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
