Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to become available.
Delays
Vynox Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at support@vynoxstore.com and we will investigate immediately.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Vynox Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@vynoxstore.com and we will do our best to assist you.
