📦 Shipping

How long does shipping take?
We ship to Australia and the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery after dispatch is:

How much does shipping cost?
Great news — tracked shipping is FREE on all orders, no minimum required:

Do you provide tracking?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at our tracking page. Tracking can take up to 3 business days to show the first scan.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 business days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, faulty, not as described or incorrectly sent. Please contact us at support@vynoxstore.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I return a product if I changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Returns are only accepted for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Are your products compatible with my phone?
Our MagSafe chargers and holders are compatible with iPhone 12 and later. Other phone mounts are universally compatible with devices from 4.7" to 7" wide.

Do your products come with a warranty?
We don't offer an extended warranty. All products are covered by our 14-day returns policy for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.
